Some weddings are effortlessly elegant, and this beautiful celebration at Hotel Monaco Philadelphia was exactly that. Featuring a soft palette of white, blush pink, lavender, pale blue, peach, and seasonal accents, the floral design felt fresh, romantic, and timeless. Every arrangement was thoughtfully created to complement the historic architecture of the hotel while bringing an organic garden feel to each space throughout the day.

The bride and her bridesmaids carried gathered garden-style bouquets filled with premium seasonal blooms in soft, romantic hues. Designed with natural movement and airy textures, each bouquet looked as though it had been freshly gathered from the garden while still feeling polished and refined.
For the groom and groomsmen, we created modern cluster-style boutonnieres featuring small groupings of blooms and textural accents. These organic designs perfectly complemented the relaxed elegance of the bouquets while tying the entire wedding party together.

The ceremony took place in the beautiful Jefferson Garden, where the couple exchanged vows beneath our wooden chuppah. We transformed the structure with a lush floral installation featuring layers of white, blush, lavender, blue, and peach blooms woven through abundant greenery.
The result was an elegant focal point that framed the ceremony beautifully while allowing the surrounding garden to remain part of the experience. It created the perfect backdrop for one of the day’s most meaningful moments.

One of our favorite ways to maximize floral impact is by repurposing ceremony flowers throughout the reception, and this wedding was a perfect example. The statement florals from the chuppah were thoughtfully redesigned onto the ends of the sweetheart table, creating a lush, romantic setting for the couple as they celebrated with family and friends.
Additional ceremony blooms were also used to decorate the bar and gift table, carrying the floral story throughout the venue and ensuring every space felt cohesive and beautifully finished.
Guest tables featured layered candle centerpieces in three distinct designs, creating warmth, texture, and a soft romantic glow that perfectly complemented the surrounding florals without competing with them.

We always love designing weddings at Hotel Monaco Philadelphia. Between the historic architecture, charming Jefferson Garden, and beautifully designed event spaces, it’s a venue that pairs effortlessly with romantic garden-style florals. This celebration was a wonderful example of how soft color, thoughtful floral placement, and creative repurposing can create a cohesive design that feels elegant from the ceremony through the last dance.
