For those of you getting started with planning, congratulations! We hope this can be used as a budgeting guide and a bit of inspiration. Our goal at Leigh Florist is to make your wedding dreams come true by styling your event with the fresh flowers and designs customized to you and your event needs.
We recommend to start your planning 6-10 months prior to your event date. Once you have date booked with your venues, colors chosen and gowns and dresses picked, flowers are really the icing on the cake!
Pricing for flowers will vary based on availability of specific flowers as well as the market price. The list below will help assist you in creating a real flower budget for your wedding.
Personal Flowers
- Bridal Bouquets – $350-$495 and up
- Petite Posy Bridesmaid Bouquets – $100- $130
- Garden Style Bridesmaid Bouquets – $135-$185 and up
- Boutonnieres- $17 and up
- Wrist Corsages- $45 and up
- (average total for personal flowers is $1,500 – $2,500)
- *Other items to consider while budgeting- flower girl flowers, ring bearer flowers & hair flowers or crowns
Ceremony Flowers
- Floral Decor for ceremony arches – $450 – $1500
- Rental Arches, Structures & Chuppahs available $150-$500 (fabric drape available for an addition cost)
- Altar arrangements- $300 and beyond
- Chair/Pew flowers- $30 and beyond (price is per chair/pew)
- Aisle petals- $300 and beyond
- (average total for ceremony flowers and decor is $1,000 – $4,000)
- *Other items to consider while budgeting- Aisle entrance, aisle illumination, aisle runners, welcome sign décor
Reception Flowers
- Low Garden Design – $125- $250 and beyond,
- Tall Centerpieces- $325-$475 and beyond
- Mason Jars $75 and beyond
- Candle Centerpieces – $100 and beyond
- Cake Flowers – $100-$200 and beyond
- (Based on guest count, average total for reception flowers is $2,500 – $7,500 and beyond)
- *Elevate your reception with: Head table decor, sweetheart table florals, mantle flowers, welcome & gifting table, sign details , cocktail and bar décor, back drops, Installations, entrance designs!
Staffing Service – Includes planning, Coordination, Set up, Delivery, Day of Design and Staffing
typically ranges between $600 – $2,500 (Based on set up time and staffing time)

Mix & Mingle – our ala carte selection
Mix and Mingle is a partial design plan that is customized for your event and style! If you are looking for accents of flowers for your event, choose bouquets and wearable flowers for you and your bridal party and even add a few a design accents.
This package is for couples who may need just a few things from personal flowers, ceremony flowers and/or reception flowers. That may include simply a bridal bouquet & grooms boutonniere, a ceremony arch or arrangements & décor for a sweetheart table.
** Delivery is limited to drop off and simple set up requirements
This package does not apply to Philadelphia wedding venues that require full service staffing, ceremony switch over, rental decor or break down.
