Why Preserve flowers?
A preserved wedding bouquet is a beautiful way to keep the memories of your special day long after your wedding. Let us preserve your special flowers from your bouquet or special event. Our process helps to maintain their shape, color, and beauty for years to come. We can’t wait to create for you!
Keepsake of Your Special Day: A preserved wedding bouquet serves as a tangible memory of your wedding day, allowing you to relive the emotion and beauty of the occasion each time you see it.
Lasting Beauty: Fresh wedding flowers, while stunning, only last a few days or weeks. A preserved bouquet can last for years, retaining its original form and color, serving as an heirloom that can be passed down.
No Maintenance: Unlike fresh flowers, which need water and care, a preserved bouquet requires little to no maintenance. Once preserved, you can enjoy it without the concern of wilting or fading.
Creative display options: After preservation, you can display your bouquet in a variety of ways, such as in a shadow box, glass dome, or a custom frame. This can be part of your home decor or placed somewhere special to remember your wedding day.
Include Wedding Memories: Depending on the size you choose, you can include wedding stationary, photos and more!
Sustainable: Our Preserving practices allows you to enjoy your wedding flowers with our sustainable approach to saving your flowers than other heavy chemical or commercialized methods.
How Do We Preserve Bouquets?
DRYING & PRESSING FLOWERS
Pressing: Pressure applied by pressing flowers between blotting paper and tightened and rotated every few days, this method is used for individual blooms and foliage. This creates a flat version of your bouquet that can be framed and displayed!
Silica Sand Drying: Using silica gel, a desiccant material, helps to preserve the flowers in their natural shape and color. The flowers are buried and left to dry for many days. This method is great for maintaining the intricate details of flowers.
Display Ideas for Preserved Bouquets:
Terrariums: Glass boxes are available in multiple sizes Encasing the bouquet in a glass case allows you to showcase it as a beautiful piece of art.
Framed Art: A custom frame can house a bouquet or individual blooms, turning it into a framed keepsake that can hang on the wall.
3D Shadowbox: You can combine your preserved bouquet with other mementos like your invitation, photographs, or wedding keepsakes in a memory box for a complete collection.
Caring for a Preserved Wedding Bouquet:
Keep out of direct sunlight to avoid fading.
Dust lightly with a soft brush or compressed air to keep the flowers clean.
Store in a stable environment where temperature and humidity levels are consistent or close to room temp.
By preserving your wedding bouquet, you not only capture the beauty of your flowers but also create a lasting symbol of your love and commitment.
