Romantic Garden-Inspired Wedding Flowers at Tavistock
There’s something truly special about weddings at Tavistock Country Club. Tavistock is tucked away in South Jersey. It offers rolling greens and classic architecture. Its timeless elegance naturally lends itself to soft, romantic floral design. For Sarah’s wedding, the floral vision embraced a light, garden-gathered style—effortless, airy, and perfectly in tune with the season.
Sarah’s bouquet felt like it was just picked from a summer garden. It was designed with lush, romantic blooms. The bouquet had plenty of soft movement. It featured open nude blush roses and delicate lisianthus. It also included pale blue delphinium, airy white veronica, and whimsical butterfly ranunculus. Every flower was chosen with care, coming together in a way that felt organic, natural, and beautifully undone.
The color palette brought everything to life. Soft shades of blush pink, peach, nude, ivory, and pale blue blended seamlessly. They created a fresh, summery feel. This complemented Tavistock’s elegant setting. The hints of blue added a light, refreshing contrast. At the same time, the warm blush and nude tones kept the overall look romantic and timeless.
Tavistock weddings call for florals that enhance the venue’s beauty without stealing the spotlight. For their summer wedding at Tavistock, Sarah’s bridesmaids carried smaller versions of her bouquet. This created a cohesive and effortlessly elegant look. For this wedding ceremony at St. Rose Church in Haddon Heights, NJ, we designed two large, draping garden-style floral arrangements displayed in classic white urns. The arrangements were filled with seasonal blooms like delphinium, snapdragons, and quicksand roses. They featured soft shades of blush, nude, ivory, and blue. These elegant ceremony florals framed the altar beautifully, creating a romantic garden feel that complemented the timeless architecture of St. Rose Church without feeling overwhelming.
We wanted to create a cohesive look throughout the space. To achieve this, we added tied pew flowers along the aisle. This added a sweet and personal touch. These subtle accents enhanced the ceremony design and brought warmth and softness to the church setting.
